Our Review

Emergency Assist was formed with the clear aim of being an independent provider of affordable and quality breakdown cover. Each year, their experienced in-house call centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and helps thousands of motorists in need of assistance. Unlike some other providers, there is never anything to pay at the roadside which would require you to claim it back.

Recovery Vehicle Network

The breakdown cover offered is supported by a Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators (AVRO) approved network of over 4,000 vehicles across the UK. It’s possible to cover cars, vans and motorcycles of all ages and models so whether you have a brand new supercar or a vintage campervan you can rest assured that help is there when you need it.

Levels of Cover

To keep things simple, there are three different packages available to suit all drivers and circumstances. For the local driver, there is ‘Economy’ cover providing peace of mind with up to four call-outs per policy term. For the national driver, there is ‘Full UK’ cover offering a more comprehensive level of assistance (such as overnight accommodation, car hire or onward transportation if your vehicle cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe). Finally there is ‘Full UK & EU’ cover, which offers the additional benefit of assistance across Europe should you need it.

Cover Summary

Starting at a low price of £19.00 per year, you can receive basic cover with a number of useful benefits. Entry level cover has been tailored with the more local driver in mind, however other packages are available.
